Natalie Mohr

Natalie is an integral part of the Leading Edge team, combining her vast experience in the equestrian world with her business savvy. Natalie wears many hats. She is the manager of Willow Wood Stables where Leading Edge is based, looking after the daily running of the business, managing staff and, most importantly, the welfare of our horses. She is also a junior manager at a hospitality venue owned by Merivale, and is completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Macquarie University.

Before commencing her studies, Natalie worked in Germany in 2018 at a large performance horse breeding and training stud, Zuchthoff Klatte, as a stable hand and rider. Natalie is a competitive show jumping rider and an Equestrian Australia accredited riding coach.

In 2019, Natalie qualified as an Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator. Her keen observation skills and clear communication style, along with her years of interaction with horses, has given her a great ability to pick up on even the most subtle response from our horses to our clients making her an excellent facilitator and leadership coach.
