Kate Graham

After a 20-year career in finance, Kate has found a way to combine her true passion for horses and people, with Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Professional Development. She is a qualified EAL Facilitator with Equine Connection and has completed the EAL Foundation Training at the Equine Psychotherapy Institute in Daylesford, Victoria. Kate also spent time with Monty Roberts at his ranch in Solvang, California, completing the ‘Monty Roberts Special Training’ course.  She continues to study Natural Horsemanship as she has done for many years.

Kate has a long-held passion for horses and helping people, starting with volunteering at Riding for the Disabled aged 10. She is excited to finally merge her passion for horses and humans to forge a career, focusing on corporate leadership and team building.

Kate has been constantly amazed at the profound affect horses have on humans and the horse’s ability to assist humans achieve self-awareness, develop interpersonal skills within teams, and build on their personal and professional development. She believes there is a great deal that we can learn from our wonderful equine teachers and looks forward to sharing this gift with as many people as possible.

Kate has two horses of her own that she adores and is constantly learning from. After years of competing, she is now focused on how horses can help humans become better versions of themselves.
